Refunds & disputes

Open a request from your order page after the order is paid or shipped. Tell us which of these it is: did not like it, arrived damaged, or wrong item. A photo helps, and it is optional.

The studio moves a request through open, under review, then refunded, partial refund, or denied. A full refund returns the order total. A partial refund is an amount the studio enters. When Stripe is connected, the refund is sent to the original card. In preview mode the refund is recorded and no card is reversed, because none was charged.

Made-to-order braids are worn close to the skin. If a piece was worn and the request is only that you changed your mind, the studio may deny it. Damaged or wrong items are reviewed first.

Write within 14 days of delivery so the queue can still see the parcel condition.
